(2) Temperature sensor method: that is, when the bearing is working for a short time, it is good at touching the cylinder exhaust steam pipe riser. If the touch temperature increases, it indicates that the remaining oil provided by the cylinder is slightly larger or the oil advance Angle provided is too small, resulting in more worrying oil consumption; If the touch temperature is low, it means that the remaining oil provided by the cylinder is small, and the centralized incineration treatment is not sufficient or does not work.

(3) Listening method: In the bearing work, touch the main diesel pump body with the screwdriver to listen to the sound of each cylinder. If the fire knocks strongly, the cylinder provides too much oil or provides oil too early; If there is no fire knocking sound, the remaining oil provided by the cylinder is too small or the oil provided is too late or does not work.

(4) Pulse sense method: the bearing is good at separating out and touching the high-pressure tubing of each cylinder during work. If there is a standard pulsing beverage touch, indicating that the cylinder works well; If there is no significant pulsating beverage sensation, it means that the cylinder is working poorly: if there is a pulsating beverage sensation but no regularity, it means that the cylinder has a flame out condition.

(5) Smoke color: Abnormal industrial waste gas dust is generally divided into three types, namely black gray, dark blue and milk white. If abnormal industrial waste gas is discharged from the exhaust valve, it indicates that the cylinder work is abnormal; If there is no exhaust sometimes, it indicates that the independent cylinder is working abnormally, and the exhaust pipe riser can be removed to investigate the status of the smoke control system of each cylinder.
